This policy explains how IGCSE English Malaysia ("we", "us") handles personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It covers this website and your enquiries to us.

When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send. This is usually the parent's and student's names, the year and board, a target grade and your messages. If analytics are on, we also collect anonymous usage data, such as which pages are visited. This does not identify you.

We use your information only to answer your enquiry, arrange and deliver lessons, and update you on your child's tuition. We do not sell your data. We share it only when needed to deliver the service or when the law requires it.

We keep enquiry and lesson information while we provide the service and for a reasonable time afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

This site uses no advertising cookies. If analytics are on, they are set up to protect your privacy, for example by anonymising IP addresses. You do not need an account to use the site.

For any privacy request, contact us on WhatsApp. The number appears throughout this site. We do not have a public email address.
