Which IGCSE English qualifications do you teach?
We teach all three: First Language English, English as a Second Language (ESL) and Literature in English. We cover Cambridge International, Pearson Edexcel and OxfordAQA, the boards sat in Malaysia.
Are lessons online or in person?
All lessons are online and one-to-one. Your child can work with an experienced English teacher from anywhere in Malaysia, at times that suit school.
Does online tuition really work?
Yes. Your child reads, writes and discusses work live with the teacher on a shared screen. Feedback comes in the lesson itself.
Is the trial class free?
No. The trial is a paid one-hour lesson at the rate agreed on WhatsApp. The teacher checks where your child is and teaches something useful. It is the teacher who would continue.
How much does tuition cost?
Lessons start from RM70 per hour. The exact rate depends on the teacher and level, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before you commit. There are no packages.
Are your teachers experienced?
Yes. Every teacher has years of classroom or tuition experience teaching English. You can read about them on our teachers page.
Do you promise a grade?
No. The exam board awards grades, and they depend on your child’s own work. We give experienced teaching and a plan built around your child’s starting point.
Do you write coursework or speaking scripts?
No. We teach the skills a coursework portfolio or speaking test needs. The coursework and the speaking script stay the student’s own work.
Do you teach SPM English, IB or IELTS?
No. We teach only IGCSE and International GCSE English. We can explain what comes after IGCSE, such as A-Level English or IELTS, but we do not run SPM, IB, UEC or STPM/MUET courses.
Can private candidates and homeschoolers study with you?
Yes. We teach homeschooled students and private candidates. For exam registration, we point you to British Council Malaysia, which lists fees and dates.
Can lessons fit around school?
Yes. We arrange lesson times around your child’s school timetable and confirm the slot with you on WhatsApp.
How do we start?
Message us on WhatsApp with your child’s year, board and target grade. We reply the same day, suggest a teacher, quote the rate and arrange the one-hour paid trial.
