Titiwangsa takes its name from the lake gardens at its heart, and the district spreads out from that green centre across some of the most established addresses in Kuala Lumpur. It reaches along Jalan Ampang through the diplomatic quarter of Ampang Hilir and U-Thant, embassy row, leafy and international, towards the towers of KLCC at its far end.
Great Eastern Mall handles the daily errands, and the district has drawn diplomatic and professional families for decades. It is one of the city's oldest and most cosmopolitan areas, where a great many households speak English as their first language at home.
Studying IGCSE English across Titiwangsa
The international-school presence here is long established: The International School of Kuala Lumpur and Sayfol International School sit within the district, and several more international schools cluster around Ampang Hilir and U-Thant. IGCSE English is a mainstream subject in this community, often taken alongside a full international-school timetable. It draws a steady number of homeschoolers and private candidates too.
Because so many families are diplomatic or expatriate, the district's students bring an unusually wide range of first languages to the subject. Our team of experienced English teachers teaches across that spread, from confident first-language writers to students consolidating skills, always to the board and strand a student is sitting.
Lessons are online, one-to-one and timetabled around school. The first step is a paid one-hour trial.

How online lessons reach the whole district
Jalan Ampang's crawl towards town makes a fixed weekly journey to lessons a chore, so ours come online instead. One-to-one from home, our teaching reaches an Ampang Hilir condominium, a U-Thant residence or an apartment nearer the lake gardens just the same, with the one experienced teacher throughout.
We teach First Language English, English as a Second Language and Literature in English, for Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel and OxfordAQA, from Year 9 right up to the Year 11 exam. Lessons are priced from RM70/hr, and every student begins with a paid one-hour trial with the teacher who would continue.
